I’m thrilled that you have chosen to provide a virtual talk. I admire your work, and own a few, but have never attended a talk because I live in MN. Even if this talk is not as successful as you hope it will be please don’t make it your last. I will be in the virtual audience when your work is at West End, the Kada, or the Principle.
Hope you enjoy it, Jeanne! Let me know.
Great talk Gary and thanks for showing your work up close 🙂 It took me a while to get both the visual and the audio, but i got it! I did want to ask what kind of varnish you use, and how many coats? Sorry I didn’t think of sending it before the talk.
Congratulations!
Jackie

Hi, Jackie– Thanks for tuning in and thanks for letting us know that you had a glitch. We want to learn as much as we can from this to get better in the future. I use Golden MSA Archival Varnish. I spray it and generally can cover a piece in one spray. But if you’ve never used it before I suggest doing a few lighter coats, letting it dry in between. Hope that helps. Thanks again, Jackie!– All the best to you–Gary
Thank you Gary for sharing your varnish process. The only glitch was my enability to follow directions….lol thanks again for the great job you did! Best wishes in your future endeavors ❤
